Many readers will already be familiar with the Go Vita brand, but did you know they have a cafe in their Redbank Plaza store? Not just another ordinary cafe either.

The coffee is Toby's Estate which guarantees a good drop. As well as the usual dairy, soy and almond milks, they also offer oat milk. Try it and you'll see why I'm converted. The food display cabinet is always stocked with fresh snacks, hot and cold brunch and lunch options and sweet temptations mostly made in-store or sourced from local suppliers such as Homemade Bliss. Their gluten-free burnt caramel tart was delicious and now I've discovered they have keto treats as well. How am I expected to resist?

Go Vita Redbank is well known by the locals, not just for their delicious food, smooth coffee and health store attached, but for the wonderful team who make it all happen. As part of the Go Vita brand, they offer a super saver Saturday and Tuesday with massive discounts. But being independently owned means they have a unique local flavour to their extensive range of products.

The owner and her staff are a friendly and caring bunch who look after each customer's personalised needs. That's their difference and it is well worth coming in store to benefit from their product knowledge and personal care. Make sure you like their new FaceBook page to stay up to date with new products. The owner believes in a community approach to business. Local charities are supported through sales and donations and the owner encourages the belief that we can all make a difference. Local suppliers are used for a lot of the cafe food, health products and decorative items.

As well as an impressive range of health products, other interesting goodies include uniquely shaped salt lamps, essential oils, diffusers, the gorgeous range of diaries and giftware by Adele Basheer and entrancing Turkish style coloured glass lamps. The enticing range of healing crystal jewellery is from local business Magic Earth Healing. Beautifully intricate paper crane hangings, made by a local mum, never hang in the store for long before being snapped up for a gift. There are plenty of gift items and beautiful things for yourself and because many are made by locals, you probably won't find them in many other places.

There is plenty of seating and being on the ground level it is easy to access for those with strollers or wheelchairs. If you want a genuine smile, personalised attention and a sense of community with your coffee, then Go Vita Redbank Plaza is your go-to cafe and health food store rolled into one.
