If you want to know the secret to light, tasty and fluffy gnocchi, Salts Meats Cheese are holding Gnocchi Making Classes led by experienced Restaurateur, Julian Marchetto. Grab your gal pals and learn how to recreate delicious restaurant-quality gnocchi at home.

Enjoy a glass of wine on arrival as you prepare to get your hands dirty while learning the art of making soft and delicious gnocchi, plus a decadent accompanying sauce of gorgonzola and walnuts (using Nonna Marchetto's recipe!).

Once all the hard work is complete, you can sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour for dinner. Ticket costs $99.00pp and includes the lesson with Julian Marchetto, a glass of wine on arrival, and recipes to take home. Drinks are also available for purchase throughout the class (via card only).
