With more and more people seemingly having an allergy to gluten, this expo is one where you can learn more about gluten-free, plus see some of the latest foods available to you.



I find it is always handy to know about these things as many of us have a friend who cannot eat gluten, and I need to know I am not feeding these friends the wrong food!



The Gluten Free Expo Sydney will be on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th August, 2018. It will be held at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm daily.



It is presented by Coeliac NSW and ACT and major sponsors are Coles with supporting partner, Simply Wikze. The Sydney Gluten Free Expo will provide a platform for gluten-free producers to exhibit their foods, sample, sell and create awareness for a large audience.



The expo plays an important role in the education of Coeliac disease and provides an environment where visitors are able to try some of the foods on offer. This, in turn, makes it easier when they are shopping as they have some idea of which foods they like and which they will avoid!

The Sydney Gluten Free Expo is the only dedicated gluten-free expo in NSW owned and managed by Coeliac NSW & ACT.

The expo offers a great opportunity to discover, taste and buy everything that's new in gluten-free food. There will also be some bargains with many show specials.



There will be a dedicated education stage where visitors to the expo can find out what's new. On stage, they will have expert dietitians and medical practitioners sharing the latest developments in diet, Coeliac disease management and research.

More than 8,000 people are expected to attend Sydney's largest totally gluten-free expo over the two days.

There is also a new format for this expo. For the first time, the expo will take place over a Saturday and Sunday, allowing visitors to make their plans around weekend family commitments.

It is also at a new location this year - Rosehill Gardens will now host the expo located in the Grand Pavilion. One of the biggest benefits of a move to Rosehill Gardens is that there will be FREE parking.

The tickets are valid for one day - either the Saturday or the Sunday.

If you buy them online they will cost:
Adult: $15
Student/Concession: $10

If you buy them on the day they will cost:
Adult: $18
Student/Concession: $12
Under 16 years of age: FREE of charge

The concession applies to the holder of current Health Care Card and Pensioner Concession Cards which must be presented.

Student relates to full-time& #8203 ; students upon presentation of I.D.
