Some notable exhibitors include Artisse Organic and Freelicious, both these brands are sold at large supermarket stores like Coles and Woolworths.
Artisse Organics offers a range of snack bars made from real fruits and nuts, they also have whole flakes for breakfast and seasoning goods too, so I'm sure you can stock something from this brand in your pantry.

There are many other exhibitors like The Chocolate Box and Candy Store for those with a sweet tooth, and many stands having gluten free cooking mixtures.
Besides exhibitors, the expo will feature five guest speakers who will present the latest information on coeliac disease and the gluten-free diet and lifestyle. Each presentation runs for approximately 40 minutes, so visitors have ample time to raise questions. Presentations run between 10:30 am to 2:30 pm and the Gluten Free Expo program can be accessed on the website.
The event is located in a convenient location of Caulfield Racecourse, which can be easily accessed by car or public transport. On the event day, there will be free parking and the expo is located across the Caulfield Railway Station, and is only 15 minutes from Flinders Street Station.
Tickets to the event can be purchased online at $10 for the general public and children under the age of 11 can enter for free.
This informative, family-friendly event is occurring soon, so bring your family and friends out for a healthy and educational expo.
