Gluten free does NOT mean tasteless
If you thought following a gluten-free diet was boring, then this expo will open your eyes to a whole new world of amazing dishes and ideas. The Gluten-Free Expo is back on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 October 2019, at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

An entire weekend, where those living with coeliac disease or are gluten intolerant, can happily eat everything on display. With over 70 exhibitors, there will be plenty of opportunities to try new products and buy what you need to enjoy a mouth-watering range of new recipe ideas at home.

Up on the Coles stage, there will be cooking demonstrations and over at the Genius education stage, some of Australia's leading experts on coeliac disease will be speaking on a range of topics.
