In its 6th year, the Glow Winter arts festival is on again this weekend from 6-10pm based at Central Park Gardens on the corner of Burke Road and Wattletree Roads in Malvern East, Glow Winter Arts Festival will come alive with light and colour.
At dusk, the park becomes illuminated with interactive art installations transforming it into a colourful winter wonderland.
There are 7 installations to explore, each with their unique setup, music and immersive experience. From the String Symphony where you are engaged by a giant puppet on a string, to the Indigenous art, Red Air which captures the spirit of the future where a First Nations culture merges seamlessly with our contemporary Nation.
We arrived quite late around 9pm and found parking nearby. Otherwise, park in one of the streets nearby if you want to head down earlier with the kids. There are also two street food trucks on-site if you get the munchies!
