Music, dance and of course food
Global Fiesta is a mix of cooking demonstrations and international cuisine, cultural and carnival. Enjoy live music and dance performance. Browse a lively marketplace with food and drinks.

Discover new flavors and rhythms from the world, dance between the colourful streets, engage with Nunukul Yuggera Aboriginal Dance, Aboriginal Dance Company, Cachicamo Latin Harp and African Fusion Collective. Discover Epicurious Gardens with its world of spices and edible gardens with a chef.

Regional Flavours have been celebrated in Brisbane for more than a decade. Southbank Parkland is transformed into a place of music, dance and a place for signature food and wine. Enjoy a roving performance being part in a food demonstration and take a tour between the market stalls.
