Glenthorne National Park is a new national park in the southern suburbs of Adelaide. It will be open to the public this April. During these open days, you have the opportunity to access the Glenthorne Farm property and take a guided tour.

On both Friday the 5th and Sunday the 7th of April 2019, the event will begin at 12.30pm with a 'Welcome to Country' by the Kaurna people. Multiple ranger-guided tours then follow for the rest of the afternoon. Spaces are filling fast, so be quick and book yourself a spot on one of these tours. Or, if you prefer, just take a stroll around and enjoy some snacks and refreshments which will be available for purchase.

You can register your attendance either by calling 82077700 during business hours or online via their website. Do remember to wear sturdy walking shoes and a hat. Also, don't forget to apply sunscreen and bring along a water bottle.

Your Comment
It’s great that you have highlighted this event but it has been ‘sold out’ for sometime now.
Hopefully they will put more open days on.
