Choo Choo Train Park
All Aboard.

For anyone who loves trains, a visit to the Morgan John Morgan Reserve, or more commonly known as the Train Park in Glen Forrest is a must.

The park was refurbished in March 2016. In addition to the popular train, the park now includes swing sets, a climbing frame and much more.

There are so many things to climb through and around, and the train is fun to explore.

There are picnic tables and a barbecue, and public toilets available. There is plenty of shade, but try to avoid hot days as the sand and train can get very hot.

Formerly, the park was the site of the Smiths Mill railway station platform and it is named after Morgan John Morgan, who was the longest serving station master at the railway.

There is parking, and the park is also an access point for the Railway Reserves Heritage Trail.

There is heaps to see and do in the Perth Hills if you want to make a day of it.
