Beadglass is proud to announce the return of their popular Glass Beadmaking Workshop this May!
Held on the weekend of 21st and 22nd May 2016, this unique hands-on workshop will allow you to create your very own glass beads under the guidance of prominent glass artist, Pauline Delaney.
Held in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere, this workshop is ideal for beginners and will run from 10am to 4.30pm in the Beadglass Studio in scenic Patonga.
Pauline is an accomplished artist, whose works have been displayed in Federation Square, Melbourne and in the USA. Pauline is also an accredited teacher and over the weekend, she will show you the traditional art of beadmaking and in particular, lampworking.
This is a great opportunity to try something new and enjoy a weekend away in beautiful natural surrounds and a gorgeous beachside location. Why not attend with a friend for a truly memorable experience.
All required materials will be supplied, including a full catered lunch and tea and coffee each day.
The all-inclusive fee is $365 pp. Places are limited and bookings are essential. To reserve your spot, please complete the enrolment form here.
Accommodation can be organised if required. Patonga is accessible by car (40 minutes from Hornsby up the F3 Freeway) or by train (head to Woy Woy, then catch the bus to Patonga or Ferry across from Palm Beach).
On both workshop days, the studio will be open, so you can view all the glass, tools and equipment you need to get started!
