Special Occasion Online Dress Hire
Got a 'do' coming up? Need a frock for the occasion? Don't rush out to your nearest shopping centre, rent your dress from GlamCorner, instead.

GlamCorner: Designer Dress Hire

Most women just like you and I, love a fancy frock to rock your event, but the price tag doesn't always agree with your bank account. That's where GlamCorner step in. The process is quite simple; you choose from GlamCorner's huge catalogue of 1000 plus designer dresses, pick your size and dates you require your dress, and pay to rent it.

GlamCorner company background

GlamCorner is Australia's leading online designer dress hire business. The concept started in 2012, with a mission to lend out luxury labels at around 10-15% of the retail price. To date, the Australian Start Up, run by husband and wife team Dean Jones and Audrey Khaing-Jones, has lent out a whopping $6M worth of fashion since its inception. The future is looking bright for GlamCorner, with over 40,000 social media followers on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, and a membership database of over 12,000.

Designer brands and costs

Designer brands available to rent through GlamCorner include, but are not limited to:

Alex Perry
Alice McCall
Lover The Label
Manning Cartell
Rachel Gilbert

Rental prices start from $39 up to $399, depending on the retail value of your chosen dress. If you can't make up your mind, you can choose to rent a 'back up' dress for $15. What this means, is if your first choice doesn't really suit you, you have a back up. You try on both dresses, and the one you choose to wear, you remove the tag from. If you remove the tag from both dresses, you will need to pay for the second rental, too.

How GlamCorner worked for me

I used GlamCorner for a weekend event. Instead of worrying about what to wear, I enjoyed 'shopping' GlamCorner's extensive range to find a suitable outfit to rent for the occasion.

GlamCorner makes shopping for glamorous frocks super easy. Using a pull down menu, I selected the type of occasion suitable for my event, and picked a few appropriate dresses available in my size.

Because one can rent a second dress for an extra $15 more, that's what I chose to do.

Once I decided which dress to wear, I accessorised accordingly, and hit the town. A fancy frock does wonders for one's confidence, even better knowing I didn't fork out hundreds of dollars to feel great.

Once the night finished, I carefully placed my GlamCorner frock to one side, and prepared for to return both dresses in the provided pre-paid package. Too easy.

Added benefits

You don't need to dry-clean your dress, GlamCorner takes care of that for you.

If you are anything like me, you might freak out at the thought of staining your dress. Accidents happen to anyone. Don't fret, there is a free accidental damage insurance to allow for any minor mishaps. In the rare scenario that the repair cost is over $100, you to pay the difference.

GlamCorner is not only limited to designer frocks, you can rent accessories to match your outfit, too.
