A banquet of the best bird dishes matched with gin cocktails
For the first time, Windsor's Hawker Hall is collaborating with Four Pillars Gin for Give 'em The Bird, a tasty bird focused lunch extravaganza of quail, duck and chicken matched with Four Pillars Gin cocktails. For $88, lunch-goers will be treated to a four-course spread designed by Hawker Hall head chef Nabila Kadri with matched cocktails and a Four Pillars dry gin and tonic on arrival.
A five-spiced quail will be served to start, followed by curry duck boa with cucumber and mayonnaise all matched with Four Pillars dry gin cocktails - think hints of mandarin, lemon thyme-infused honey and yuzu.
