I have lived in Brisbane for more than 20 years and enjoy exploring every part of this beautiful city and its surroundings.
Over the past three years, this special event has been celebrated by, not only our friends from across the sea, but also by Australians from all walks of life. This year promises to be even bigger and better.

The venue is a huge park that boasts a mega stage and lots of grass space to pitch your umbrellas, rugs, folding chairs, food and generally anything else that will allow you to relax and enjoy the entertainment and the great vibes of the day.

Last year, the sun shone brightly as we sat on the grassy knoll in front of the huge stage and listened to and watched the entertainment of songs, music and dances that were performed before us. Children ran around, danced, made friends and generally had a wonderful time. This year, there will be lots of food and drinks available as well as free rides and games for the children. What better way to spend a long weekend than this?

The day kicks off at 8am and will go on till 5pm.
