Sorry to disappoint you mums and grandmums, Bruce Springstein is not coming to Adelaide (sad, but true). Global dance movement, No Lights, No Lycra is teaming up with the Federal Government health initiative,Girls Make Your Move to host an evening dance party for your daughters, sisters and grand-daughters aged between 12 and 19 years. They can dance to their heart's content, with no judgement, no hassles, and low lighting; just free to be themselves in a safe and relaxed, teen-friendly venue at Kick'N'Box Fitness Studio, Kent Town on Monday, 22nd May, 2017.

This event, and the mission of 'Girls Make Your Move' is about inspiring, energising and empowering teen girls and young women to be more active and to build self confidence, through fun and unique activities.

This is a FREE event for girls aged 12-19 of age.

Venue: 11 Henry Street, Kent Town

Arrival: 7:40pm, for an 8:00pm start and you can "dance with your hands in the air like you just don't care" until 9.30pm.

Please bring a water bottle, a towel and wear comfortable dance friendly clothes. Be prepared to have fun and laugh a lot with friends and new friends alike.

Feel free to share with anyone who has daughters, nieces, friends, etc. who are between 12 and 19 years of age and would enjoy having a memorable time dancing in the dark.
