Ginger is a recent addition to Perth's "After Dark" scene, opening on Friday and Saturday nights from 9pm until 4am every week. This is fast becoming a very popular bar as they are throwing huge parties and becoming an 'in' place for birthdays and other functions. This is because they have a great function space and a 30 foot bar with a large selection of drinks.
Ginger is located in Mount Lawley, an area of Perth which seems to be constantly developing in terms of nightlife and late-night things to do. It's within walking distance from Perth CBD or alternatively very cheap in a cab.
They have a smart dress code and a strict code on turning away drunk punters. They have a 'no visible tattoo' policy and can also be strict on I.D on the door.
They also respect their neighbours, and make a point of asking you to do the same when leaving the premises late at night and waiting for taxis. They play house music with a twist of tech and they have a huge dance area with a raised dace floor and a jumbo podium.
Prices are varied and service is friendly and fast. It's a great place to end your night if you've started in The Queens or The Flying Scotsman and don't want to head home early.
