If you haven't been to the Barangaroo development to check out the new Streets of Barangaroo dining precinct yet, now is a pretty good time. There's a number of places to grab a bite to eat including the Belle's Hot Chicken pop up as well as the perfect place to grab a drink - Gin & It.

Located on the Barangaroo foreshore, Gin & It is a pop up bar, opened by the guys behind The Barber Shop. Gin & It gets its name from the iconic and almost forgotten classic cocktail, and, unsurprisingly, is dedicated almost entirely to gin. Their menu contains an impressive list of gin from different distilleries including local Sydney distillery, Archie Rose.

In addition to gin and mixers (starting at $9), you'll also find a range of delicious, fruit and botanical inspired cocktails. Cocktails are made fresh each day and stored in little glass bottles so that they are ready to go. No long waits for cocktails here.

If gin isn't your thing, fear not - there's also an extensive selection of wine and beer.

Drinks are served kiosk-style from inside a shipping container, and tables and chairs are arranged open air-style on the patio outside. It's a great place to catch up with friends, people watch and enjoy a perfectly concocted cocktail. If you're going during daylight hours, don't forget your sunglasses.
