A Gin Infused High Tea, in partnership with Archie Rose Distilling Co., is happening daily at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth at their exclusive "Gin High Tea".
The Gin infused sweet and savoury menu sounds super delicious, with treats including Lime tartlet and gin jelly, Cookie gin cream, Scones with homemade plum and gin jam, and my favourite, Gin cured Tasmanian salmon. See below for the entire menu.

The Gin High Tea is available daily from 10am - 4pm in the Tea Lounge and includes Dilmah Tea and Coffee for $59pp.
If you need more Archie in your life, you can also choose from two Archie Rose gin cocktails, specially curated to match the High tea, which btw will be presented on luxury Teaware by Melbourne based designer Cristina Re, hand painted with 24ct gold trimmings. Now that's fancy.
