The series is back by popular demand this summer at the Mornington Peninsula's coolest bar!Following a sold-out, eight-week series in spring 2019, Zigis Bar at Flinders Hotel is making their experience a permanent fixture in 2020. Bookings are now open for the exciting summer series running from January to April 2020! Let the good times be-gin!Enjoy afternoon tea with a delightful twist at Zigis!Indulge in four savoury treats, three decadent sweets and unlimited scones, served with a choice of two premium gins and one gin cocktail. The menu includes a selection of premium local and international gins. Discover gins from the Mornington Peninsula with Bass & Flinders, Original Spirit Co, Drops of Juniper, and the Yarra Valley based Four Pillars, or savour some of the classics Hendricks, Tanqueray and Bombay Sapphire, all accompanied with premium tonics from Fever Tree and Capi. is perfect for bridal showers, birthdays or simply to catch up with friends. Adam and the crew were friendly, happily answered questions and gave advice regarding which gin and tonic combination was best. They didn't rush us and allowed us to enjoy our drinks and food at our leisure. I thought we had the best seats, which were in front of the fire with a view of the bar and we enjoyed watching the different gin cocktails being made.
