Celebrate World Gin Day in style at Luxe Bar
The Luxe Bar at Wilson & Market in South Yarra has a special lunch offer on 10th - 11th June, to celebrate World Gin Day. Luxe Bar chef Sam Ng (formerly of Black Pearl) will be serving hot smoked Petuna ocean trout prepared using the waste botanicals left over from distilling gin, imparting a juniper and citrus flavour to the fish. This will be paired with a specially created cocktail based on Four Pillars gin, infused with mandarin and fennel pollen.
This special lunch, priced at $25, will also give you a sneak preview of the menu planned for the soon to be opened Wilson & Market Brasserie.
