I guarantee you that you will laugh your head off and you will cry your eyes out in laughter, pain and disbelief. Queen Margaret on stage is way different to Queen Margaret the genius of Shakespeare produced and immortalised in his works. She is alive, full of wit, sarcasm, royally thick venom and French smelling intrigue.
Nothing has changed in more than 600 years. Author's photo
Gillian English created a very interesting Queen Margaret, be it with the help of Shakespeare or not. And it does not really matter that She Wolf was a completely different Queen many years before Margaret. The show immerses you so completely and comfortably that you forget the textbooks and history timetables and watch the history unfold on stage.
