These winter school holidays, budding young cricketers are invited to improve their game with the Gillespie Sports Vacation Program!

Specifically designed for all age groups, this exclusive programme promotes fitness and sportsmanship and is facilitated by some of the best coaches in SA, who have have helped over 40 young cricketers make it into State Cricket Squads.

With season 2016/17 just around the corner, now is the time to work on those major or minor technical issues, so your child will be in a better position come the season opener!

Choose from Individual 'One on One' Classes with fully accredited Cricket Australia coaches; Classes 'With a Mate'; or 3 or 6 Hour Group Classes for younger players that are held in a fun, supportive and social atmosphere.

  • The Individual 'One on One' Classes run from 8am to 4pm each day and last 40 or 60 minutes. Under the guidance of a Cricket Australia Accredited coach, young cricketers will concentrate on all the skills relating to becoming a very competent cricketer. At the conclusion of the programme, they will have a better understanding of both the game and their game.

  • Classes 'With a Mate' also run from 8am to 4pm each day and will see the student and a mate in a lane with a coach. The young cricketers can have a bowl off, bowl to each other and share a bowling machine. This class is a fun way to improve over the week.

  • The 3 Group classes run from 1pm to 4pm each day and are perfect for young cricketers who want improve their game in a dynamic and encouraging environment. Six players of a similar age will work on all skills of the game by participating in drills, net sessions and game like scenarios.

  • The 6 Hour Group Classes run from 9am to 3pm each day and consist of net sessions, which will be held to help identify weaknesses and strengths and bowling machines will be used to help make inroads. Students will also play T20 Cricket and watch cricket related videos with analysis and work on fielding. A lunch break will occur in the middle of the day.

  • Each full week attendee will receive a Free Gillespie Centre Party Pack to take away and a certificate of participation.

    Currently there is a special on for the 6 Hour Group Class. Book your child in for the whole week and pay $69 per day (usually $99 per days).
