Somehow, Easter came in a flash this year! To celebrate the annual sugar highs of this time every year, King Carnival is hosting its ten-year-strong on Sunday the 17th of April 2022 at its fairgrounds situated at Leighton Place in Halls Head, in the vicinity of the tranquil Mandurah area of Western Australia. A perfect way to make a day of it at this beautiful, laidback coastal town.

Spread over 3 sessions on the day with limited numbers for each timeslot, the huge Easter egg hunt features all the joys of the hunt for thousands of dollars worth of chocolate, along with arcade games, rides, showbags to be bought and prizes to be won throughout the session.

Session times for the day are:

Tickets for entry cost $25 per person for the Easter egg hunt, 2 hours of unlimited rides, mini golf and entry into prize draws and the door prize. To ensure that hunters end up with and can enjoy chocolate eggs that still resemble eggs and not in melting or melted form, you will be seeking laminated pictures of Easter eggs. An Easter fair is incomplete without an appearance from the ubiquitous Easter bunny, who will be joined by other means of making chocolate rain. Put simply, no one will be leaving empty handed.

There should be ample free parking for the event. Coinciding with the April school holidays, King Carnival is open every day during the school break from 10am to 5pm, extending to 10pm on Saturdays.
