Daisy, Esther and Susan have reached their final year at university, and they are off to a rough start. McGraw has found a flat to share with Susan and she hates it.

Daisy is dealing with the fallout of Ingrid accidentally outing her to her grandmother but may have found her calling as a mentor to younger students. She also coaxes Esther to come to the campus job fair where the two of them employ very different approaches to seeking a suitable career.

Esther still feels guilty about the night on the town that left Ed with broken bones and a broken heart, not to mention for condemning him to live in a room that wouldn't be out of place in a medieval monastery, but she finds a way to make it up to him.

This latest installment serves to sort out some of the issues that came up in the previous volume (living arrangements, relationship statuses etc.) and sets things up for the next volume. There are a few laugh-out-loud moments, and some adorable Susan and McGraw scenes, which I am very much there for. The slightly panicky vibe of uni students getting towards the end of their degrees and having to get serious about what comes next was familiar and relatable. On to Volume 11!

There were snarky captions on all of these pictures, but they were lost when all of these articles were moved to a new platform. Ah well. Giant Days at least can speak for itself.
