This October, AUSOM Inc (Apple Users Society of Melbourne) is presenting FREE interactive events in three locations across Melbourne to help residents improve digital skills as part of Get Online Week.These engaging events will allow you to make the most of the internet and uncover new applications. Get Online Week, which runs from 15 to 21 October, will see hundreds of community events take place across Australia. It is the first time the campaign has been held in Australia after eleven successful years in the UK, where hundreds of thousands of people have been supported.The campaign aims to support those who are not online or want to try new things online. Greg Davies, Publicity Officer, of AUSOM Inc (the Apple Users Society of Melbourne) says "More people than you probably think still don't use the internet at all, and we're here to help. Getting the most out of the internet doesn't have to be scary.
