Helen McWilliam is a Gestalt and Art Psychotherapist, who is the kind of practitioner one instantly warms to. She exudes a gentle and wise kindness that makes one feel safe, secure and understood. She hears you.



Helen has a private practice in Brisbane and Northern Rivers NSW and regularly holds Art Therapy Workshops with varying themes for adults and children. I have been to her adult workshops which I found to be very beneficial and children come away from her kids workshops feeling happy, grounded and resilient.



Helen is holding a one day workshop on 29th April at her studio in Eden Creek, near Kyogle, Northern NSW. Entitled Fairy Tales and Art, this will be a Gestalt Art Experience in which you can explore and get more acquainted with your inner landscape.



Enjoy this one day workshop using a variety of art materials that Helen provides including pastels, paints, and clay to name a few, and using fairy tales as a lens, you can explore your situation and create an opportunity for growth and ultimately, change.



Perhaps you are in the throes of big changes already, getting ready to make important decisions or feel a longing to deepen your experience of self-exploration. Perhaps you just need some "you time" to nourish and restore.



With Helen's gentle support, thought and expression bubble to the surface, clarity can be achieved and you may find your way through to be more clear.
