This September, the Roald Dahl classic 'George's Marvellous Medicine', is coming to the King Street Theatre stage for a strictly limited season.
Proudly presented by Epicentre Theatre Company (ETC) and EMU Productions, this exciting production is superbly adapted by David Wood.
'George's Marvellous Medicine' tells the tale of George, who is stuck at home looking after his grumpy Grandmother. He decides to spice up his Grandmother's medicine with his own ingredients, but when his grandmother drinks his special new potion, the most incredible things start to happen and a new adventure begins!
Featuring great puppetry and lots of humour, this timeless Roald Dahl treasure is sure to enthral audiences of all ages these school holidays!
'George's Marvellous Medicine' is directed by Michele Brandenburger, with set deign by Amanda McNamara, lighting design by Heidi Brosnan and sound design by Mathew Lake. The cast includes Alex Wickett, Sarah Purdue, Jaymie Knight, Jeannie Gee, and George Mulis.
