In collaboration with Tasting Australia, Gelista is hosting a curated tasting and tour on Saturday the 9th of July 2022 at 11:30am and 2pm. The experience will be equivalent to wine tasting except that it involves gelati instead of wine.



During the sampling session, you will have the opportunity to taste six premium quality gelati flavours paired with local produce and beverages. Founder and managing director Peter Cox will be your guide. Established in 2009, Gelista is still family-owned and produces over 50 indulgent flavours including apple & guava with salted white chocolate, lemon myrtle & macadamia with toasted coconut, and ricotta, fig & honey. You will take a behind-the-scenes factory tour to learn about Gelista's history, hear how their consistently creamy range is made, discover gelati churning and immerse yourself in the production process. You will also receive a pack of gelati to take home at the end of the experience.



The price is $95 per person and bookings can be made online via their website . Please note that dietary requirements will not be catered for as the taste and texture of the gelati are unique to the brand. Gelista is located at 22 Forster Street in Ridleyton.
