I don't know about you but Gelati solves all my woes
Are you ready for Adelaide's best and finest gelati? Forget the rest and make your way down to this gelateria for some quality gelati that will honestly blow your socks off. Located on Glynburn Road, Gelato Bello is an intimate and small shop that's hard to miss. The place is bustling with people and at times it's so busy that an inevitable line up can be seen as you drive past.
Full of People! A Usual Busy Night at Gelato Bello. .
I've been here a few times, and each occasion has been a pleasant one. From the amazing, hard working and customer focused staff to delicious and delectable hand made gelati, you'll be definitely swayed to visit again, and again. I've tried a few of the flavours that are on offer at Gelato Bello, including Choc Mint, Nutella, Coconut, Mango Sorbet, Vanilla Bean and Lemon Sorbet, and I must say that I've been delighted by all of them. My favourite is the classic Vanilla Bean, as it's obvious that the quality of the gelati is more than just the average vanilla ice-cream. You can actually taste pure vanilla bean.
As busy as this place is, it's a simple shop that isn't overly fancy or decorated in a pretentious manner. It's a family friendly, relaxed and comfortable spot that definitely deserves recognition. They have a vast array of flavours to choose from, including an Artisan range that changes every month or so. The Artisan range includes a unique flavour that is more gourmet or distinctive than the classic tastes. For example, the Lemon Meringue Pie flavour is amongst these, which has actually gained an immense spotlight through word of mouth and social media. I've spoken to a few people who have mentioned this as their favourite flavour.
In addition to the gelati, they also serve crepes, which are always a favourite dessert choice. If you're after a unique cake, then why not purchase a gelati cake? They're available in a few different options, flavours and sizes to suit any occasion.

I've also purchased a large tub of take away gelati for a barbeque, which is a great idea as a gift or as a dessert to bring along to an event. The 2 Litre tub of gelati is enough to feed quite a few people, and you can select a few flavours for the one tub. Take away gelati is also available in a 1 litre container, and smaller tubs for those peckish times in front of the T.V. You know you're all guilty of late night snacking, especially during the warmer months.
So if you're located in the Eastern Surburbs and are looking for something to do on a summer's night, then be sure to stop by this gelateria for a great experience that will leave you wanting more.
