Choose to Change Your Life
Working from this beautiful house in Herston are two amazing therapists, Gay Landeta, kinesiologist and business mentor, founder of Create the Life You Want To Live and Kirsty Eng an acupuncturist who specialises in fertility.
I have consulted Gay many times over the past 20 years and been to several of her workshops. Although she was fabulous from the start I have watched her continuously add to her skills.
I have experienced great breakthroughs in personal issues through kinesiology and am currently working with her to banish my lifelong eczema. This has been an interesting process involving diet as well as other kinesiology processes that support the wellness of the mind-body-spirit as a whole.
Kinesiology is an interesting modality in that it can address issues that other therapies find tricky. It doesn't rely on what you think the issues are - it finds and addresses the underlying issues where they originated.
Kinesiology uses muscle testing to determine what is causing stress to the individual and then determines what is the best way to resolve that stress again for that individual. Therefore each session is unique to the person receiving it. In its way it can dig in and solve issues that may have been causing problems for years.
Kinesiology is a 20th century modality based on the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine. As a new practice research is only just starting to become available but there are some interesting results beginning to emerge. Mostly it has developed the huge following it has today from personal recommendations from large numbers of people who have discovered and swear by the results they receive through sessions.
I have also attended workshops in business, goal setting and Brain Gym, all of which were fun and really useful.
If you have a health problem or personal issue I strongly recommend you visit Gay. Her combination of effective change management tools, counselling skills and kinesiology are bound to give you insight and aid in dealing with whatever issues you are experiencing.
