Garnet Park is located at Tyson Crescent Tannum Sands. Tannum Sands is part of the Gladstone Region Coastline area, about 30 minutes from Gladstone or a 6-hour drive from Brisbane.



Garnet Park is a perfect place for stretch-a-leg on your long road trip as it offers a huge green grass area with plenty of big shady trees around to sit under and enjoy a nice picnic. There are plenty of undercover picnic tables, with some complemented by a free gas BBQ. There is no sign about the off-leash area for dogs at this park, so better put your furry friends on their lead while playing at this park.



For children, there is a playground area with swings, a see-saw and a cubby adventure play equipment. This playground is un-fenced. For fitness enthusiasts, there is also outdoor gym equipment and a quarter basketball court.





This well-maintained park also has an amenities block and plenty of parking spots.
