Impress dinner guests with this easy dish
Prawns are one of my favourite foods, they are low fat, versatile and a good source of protein. Here is an easy recipe you can serve up as a starter or a side to liven up your dinner party.

> 150g-200g of raw, peeled prawns (ready cooked or frozen will suffice, though - make sure you leave frozen prawns to defrost overnight)
> Olive oil
> Five cloves of garlic, finely chopped, OR, 30g of 'Very Lazy' garlic OR two tbsp garlic puree
> Black pepper
> Oregano
> Basil

Some alternatives to fresh garlic...

Raw are preferred, as they have a juicier taste when cooked, but cooked or frozen will work just fine.

Throw the prawns into a pan with the olive oil, basil, oregano and garlic over a high heat. Turn the prawns over regularly in the herbs and oil and do not allow the garlic to brown. Cook until the prawns (if raw) turn pink and the garlic is softened.

Remove from the heat, pour into a bowl and serve immediately. Serve with crusty bread, or if you're feeling daring, some puy lentils.
