I enjoy making the most of my weekends & what Adelaide has to offer.
Event: -
Today we took in the sights and sounds of The Garden of Unearthly Delights and Gluttony.

Going through the entrance of each immediately transports you into another dimension. We took in a free show at the Bandstand (Diamond Magic and the superb The Candy Butchers).

The spiritual and mystical Sing Bowl

Then we checked out the rides and other sideshow attractions, from the fascinating and mystical Sing Bowls at The Garden Market to the vast range of food stalls, including the spectacularly mouth watering visual feast of Pigs on Fire.

This year sees the grand debut of Dulcie's Shop of Real Opportunity - it's a mobile vintage/retro clothing op shop: a joint project between Hutt Street Centre and Centacare Catholic Family Services (proceeds help provide services and support to people facing disadvantage and homelessness in Adelaide).

We always enjoy visiting the coin operated mechanical pigs (automata) at Gluttony. Scattered around Gluttony are David Archer's coin operated automata. For just $1, you can find discover your fortune or watch a sow and her litter of pigs have a party (complete with blowers)!
