Discover the Gardens Nocturnal Creatures
Wander at night through the Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney on a torchlight tour and discover the fascinating night-life. Along the garden paths, you will explore the ponds and other biodiverse areas to capture a look at the nocturnal animals that dwell in the gardens.
Your senses will be heightened during this mysterious night tour as you let your eyes and ears focus on your fascinating surroundings. You will also have the opportunity to use tech-gadgets that the Royal Botanic scientists use to help locate animals. Expect to see Golden Orb spiders, Brush-tailed Possums, Microbats, Flying Foxes, Tawny Frogmouths and if you are lucky you might even spot the rare Powerful Owl.
When: Monthly on a Friday evening.

Where: Start at Woolloomooloo Gate - Royal Botanic Gardens
Time: 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm (please refer to your ticket for exact time) Tours leave promptly and there is no late entry to the Garden
Adults and children 8 years and over if accompanied by an adult.

Wear: Comfortable enclosed walking shoes, warm clothes and a waterproof jacket in the case of rain. This event goes ahead in all weather so come prepared if it looks like it is going to be wet.
