Lunch at the Galleria
Food Halls often have mainly the same types of food and indeed the same companies. The Morley Galleria has quite a large Food Hall located upstairs in the middle of the shopping centre, and even though it has a lot of these same companies, it also has several different, excellent ones.
It has all the usual fast food people including McDonalds, Hungry Jacks, KFC, Gloria Jeans, Red Rooster, Boost Juice, Gelare Cafe, Subway, Sumo Salad and Wendy's. One of the different, and I believe, better ones, is Itoshii Japanese Restaurant. This is a sushi train with a difference. They have very unusual fillings including rolls like their Harmony roll which has smoked salmon, red tobiko, sliced almond, cucumber, carrot, crabstick, egg omelette with apple mayo sauce, as well as their Butterfly roll which is Tempura prawn, crispy sliced potato, green tobiko, cucumber, carrot, crabstick, egg omelette with sweet garlic chilli sauce. They also have a range of other Japanese food and the quality is excellent. It is a proper sit down restaurant at one end of the food hall and well worth having lunch at.

Another one that is quite good here is Bucking Bull, and this is a franchise which is now in several of the Perth shopping centres, and it has also spread to the Eastern States. They have grills and are famous for their roast meals.

There are also several places where you can eat the humble sandwich or roll which, for many people is the healthier option than some of the fast food outlets.
All in all, many food tastes are catered for at this Food Hall, the service is generally quite fast (apart from at McDonald's where there are often queues), and there are a lot of tables which are constantly being cleaned.
