Gabriel's Chocolate is an award-winning chocolate company. They have a shop in Yallingup and another one in Fremantle. Gabriel's were the first "bean to bar" chocolate makers to open up shop in Western Australia.
They go to great trouble to source the finest raw cacao beans from places like Indonesia and Venezuela and then ship them to their factory in Yallingup. Once the beans arrive, the talented men and women working at Gabriel's get to work processing them. Each bean is carefully hand sorted and roasted to bring out natural flavours. The end result is a unique brand of smooth and delicate tasting chocolate.
Gabriel's Chocolate's Yallingup Factory is located on the corner of Caves Road and Quininup Road in Yallingup, Western Australia. It is open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm, every day. When we visited their Yallingup shop, I was greeted by a very euthanistic young woman who was eager to take me over to a sample table and explain to me their chocolate making process. Their Yallingup store has a showroom section in the front and a café up the back.

I decided to get a scoop of ice cream when we visited. I got a scoop of Straccitella Vanilla and Chocolate. It came with a drizzle of chocolate sauce on top. This was really good quality ice cream. It had a strong vanilla flavour and had a strong crunch to it as well. I also bought a block of Mocha Milk chocolate to take home. It had a strong Mocha taste and was very nice. I would happily visit Gabriel's again.
