Once the beans arrive, the talented men and women working at Gabriel's get to work processing them. Each bean is carefully hand sorted and roasted to bring out natural flavours. The end result is a unique brand of smooth and delicate tasting chocolate.

I decided to get a scoop of ice cream when we visited. I got a scoop of Straccitella Vanilla and Chocolate. It came with a drizzle of chocolate sauce on top. This was really good quality ice cream. It had a strong vanilla flavour and had a strong crunch to it as well. I also bought a block of Mocha Milk chocolate to take home. It had a strong Mocha taste and was very nice. I would happily visit Gabriel's again.
