A fundraiser to support youth mental health, Funlab's Day of Fun is looking to raise $300,000, and calls on all Aussies to participate and make a difference to our future, an investment in our youth in need of support. Held on 5 September 2023 across Funlab's popular venues, it is a day everyone can participate in a host of activities for a flat rate of $5, with proceeds going to national youth mental heal organisation, headspace . What a fun way to contribute to this worthy cause. Holey Moley , Hijinx Hotel , Strike Bowling and Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq are some of the 44 venues Australian-wide that will have discounted activities in a bid to raise $300,000 - the largest fundraising goal yet after a successful 2022. By achieving this goal, Funlab will have raised over $1 million for headspace since 2016.


With some activities discounted more than 90% on the day, Day of Fun provides the opportunity for all Aussies to have fun, try a new activity, and raise money for a deserving charity. You're all encouraged to jump online and book an activity slot at your local Funlab for $5, or come down on the day and get involved. For all events see here to book . Pre-booking is essential to secure an activity on September 5, while Archie Brothers and B.Lucky & Sons remain available for walk-ins only. headspace CEO Jason Trethowan had this to say. 'Day of Fun is one of the charity’s largest fundraising events of the year and each year continues to exceed expectations. headspace knows connecting with others and making time for the things you enjoy are important steps for maintaining good mental health. Day of Fun is a terrific opportunity to do just that while also raising funds to support vital youth mental health programs here at headspace. The $1 million dollars Funlab will have raised for headspace over the past seven years helps make it possible for headspace to provide mental health support to young people, when and where they need it most.'
