Funfields is back in action and ready for a scintillating summer
UPDATE: Don't miss out on the Funfields Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 19 [Easter Saturday] - click here for more details.

Funfields is hitting its straps and putting summer fun back into the equation one thrill at a time.

Funfields is conveniently located in Whittlesea and is home to a spectacular range of classic and modern outdoor attractions and rides; from the Wacky Waters playground, which includes over 20 interactive play features, to the Alpine Toboggan Slide, Funfields' marquee ride, there's sure to be an attraction to amuse every member of the family.

The park boasts a range of attractions including, including Bumpa Bay Bumper Boats, Blackbeard's Fury, Blackout, Thunderdome Go Kart Track, Wipe Out, Mini Golf, Pony Xpress Carousel, Burnout and Snakes Alive - but it's their newest attraction - the Typhoon that will be the centre of attention when it is completed this December - as at a length of nearly 400 feet, it will be the world's longest ProSlide CannonBOWL ride!

The Typhoon is a two-person double tube ride with a drop of nearly 60 feet. Riders will experience a steep descent down 450 feet of open and closed flume sections and will reach speeds of over 30 km/h. At the end of the tunnel, riders will be launched into the mercy of the 'Typhoon' and then exit into a splash pool.

With the Funfields day pass, visitors can experience all of these attractions for the single price of $37.00 and $32.00 for adults and children respectively. Children less than 100 centimetres are admitted for free and Seniors pay the discounted price of $25 upon presentation of a Seniors/Aged Pension Card. These prices include entry and unlimited rides on all Funfields rides and attractions, including motorised rides. Please note that there are no spectator passes available.

Day passes can be pre-purchased online via the Funfields website; simply click 'Buy Tickets' and follow the prompts: please note there is a 2% surcharge on all credit card purchases.

The other option is to purchase the Funfields Super Season Pass which allows visitors to return as many times as they like until the 27th April 2014. The Funfields Super Season Pass is priced at $99.

Funfields has been Victoria's favourite outdoor family fun park for over 25 years. It is open every single day of the school holidays; you can view the Season 2013/14 trading days on the website.
