These are not games as such, but they are just little ideas to make your kids party more fun.
Get a jar and fill it with lollies (count how many goes in) at the door, greet the guests with asking them to write down a sheet of paper how many lollies are in the jar, and get them to add their name next to it. At the end of the night check and see who was the closest and then award them the lolly jar. Something fun to do and will get the kids in a party mood as soon as they walk in the door.
If it;s a just party where the kids play all together and run around, put out boxes of toys or dress ups in a play area for the kids. You can set up a cars racing track, a box of dress ups or some plush toys in case the kids want to play.
Set up all the kids scooters, bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, and other things out in the front yard or backyard for the party guests to play on.
Have a "pin the tail on the donkey" hung up somewhere for the kids to play, they can organise it themselves or play just for fun.
If its warm, set up a little pool for the kids to wade around and have fun in.
Give each child a blown up balloon as soon as they arrive, give them a permanent marker and get them to draw a self portrait or themselves onto the balloon. Get them to write their name on the back of the balloon, get someone to be the judge and choose which one is the most accurate or don't let the kids write their names and have a funny game of "Whose balloon head is this?" it will definitely keep the kids laughing.
Hope you enjoyed all these ideas, if there's any others that you like to do, feel free to make a comment.
