Juggling is an art that is quite difficult to learn, however, once you have mastered it, it can be very satisfying to be able to progress to more and more items!
Juggling is not just for adults - it is a fun activity for teenagers and even smaller children. It teaches hand-eye contact and once you have mastered it, you can teach the basics to your children.
It is also a fun activity and you can spend hours practising to try to get it perfect!
There are currently classes by request and these will continue until 1st March 2019. They are held at Centennial Park, Grand Drive, Centennial Park, from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. There will be from 1 to 6 people in a class and the classes will be 1½ hours duration.
You will learn to juggle in a fun and self-paced workshop, so it will not matter if you are slower than others at getting the hang of this art! It is held in the lovely area of iconic Centennial Park, which is so conducive to relaxation and activities.
Teaching you on this journey will be Stepan Novikov and Stepan is indeed a juggling expert who will share his tips and tricks to make sure that even the most uncoordinated people can juggle fluidly by the end of the class!
Stepan has experience with both children and adults and is enthusiastic about teaching. His aim is to make this an interesting lesson in a small class.
You need not worry, as you will be starting with very easy and dependable objects. Or putting it differently, you will not see any knives, chainsaws, cats or flaming torches in your first lesson!
Juggling has many benefits, including making you more focused, improving your concentration and it can also be a way of de-stressing, maintaining and increasing your range of movements in your arms and shoulders, warding off food cravings, and it's an exercise that really does not feel like you are doing exercise!

Juggling could be explained as being like riding a bike. The basics can sometimes be a little difficult to grasp at first (which is why you need this class), but once you get it and have your techniques correct, you'll be able to continue your juggling career and progress to more and more items, should you choose! This will be a normal progression and will need more practice once the class is finished.
For this class, you will need no previous experience or knowledge of juggling, and all the equipment will be provided as part of the cost.
The class is suitable for individuals and couples as well as for a special occasion, or team building activities.
Cost of each class is $40 per person and you will need to book at this link. You can also make more enquiries or book by phoning 04 1535 6886.
