    You'll also get to sample lots of interesting superfoods that are unique to Japanese cuisine!

    Originally from Japan, Yoshiko came to Australia to meet the world-famous chef Tetsuya Wakuda when she was 25 and then worked in his restaurant in the following year. Previously, Yoshiko worked as a chef for over ten years in an eclectic range of restaurants - Japanese, Italian, Indian, Modern Australian, African and Greek, even a healthy catering company as well as in one of Sydney's world-famous eateries. She also completed a degree in nutrition at a college in Sydney.

    Her cooking has been featured in several TV programs such as The Biggest Loser, as well as national and local newspapers and magazines.

    Come along and take a culinary journey alongside Yoshiko and learn practical and simple recipes. Bookings are now open for each class and early bookings are advised as limited places are available.
