Fudge Me, The Ole Lollie Shop has now opened on Redcliffe Parade and what a popular little lollie shop it is.

This 'sweet' shop specialises in bringing 'A little bit of Yesterday Today' to customers.

I first noticed, Fudge Me a few weeks ago, when I walked past their window and saw an 18kg heart shaped Rocky Road chocaholic's dream come true sitting there calling all sweet taste buds to come closer. Wow - it looked absolutely mouth-wateringly delicious.

That was the moment I knew I had to go in and see all the delightful sweets on offer.

If you look at the photo of the shop front above, in the right hand corner, you can see this amazing Rocky Road delight.

The Harry Potter Fan in me was delighted to find Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans and a Chocolate Frog with a collectable card inside. Of course, they had to come home with me.

The shop is filled with lollies, home made jams, pickles, chutneys and relishes. There is literally something to please every kind of tastebud in town.

At the back of the shop you will find a scrumptious selection of fudge starting at $4.50 per 100gms.

There were hand dipped chocolate turkish delights on a stick for $2.50 and their fudge comes in many flavours, some included:

Caramel Fudge
Butterscotch
Sticky Date
Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Caramel Fudge
Coconut Ice
Turkish Delight
Lemon Meringue
Cookies & Cream Fudge
Chocolate Mint

The shelves are packed with delicious delights and they even have jerky for those who like a bit of meat instead of chocolate.

The Ole Lollie Shop, Fudge Me, is filled with people every time I am down at Redcliffe Jetty and I suspect it will be a regular haunt for people with a sweet tooth, like me.

If you go to their Facebook page, you can see photos of customers taking the 'Sours Challenge.' It is quite amusing, but not my thing. I like sweets.

The Ole Lollie Shop have three stores to choose from, but the one I have visited is on Redcliffe Parade, not far from Nerosso Cafe and the Jetty Arcade.

The other shops are at 'Old Petrie Town' Kurwongbah and at 'Aussie World,' Palmview, Queensland.

Take a moment to step back in time and experience 'ole world lollie shop fun' at Fudge Me, Redcliffe.
