One may be wealthy or poor to be frugal. Often, dating can be expensive. When was the last time you went to a movie theatre? When was the last time you went out for Italian? When was the last time you bought healthy groceries? So, why not be frugal with your dating?
Following are some tips…
Have you and your date go to the local library and choose a movie, whether a romance or a comedy. Watch on a Friday or Saturday night when everyone else is going clubbing and spending too much money.
Cook a comfort food meal together or cook a new recipe together. Ladies, remember, the best way to a man's heart is through his stomach! All kidding aside, prepare something healthy right out of your own pantry.
Why not clip coupons together? Learn to save money on necessities together. Then, go grocery shopping together.
I think these are all good suggestions to take before tying the knot. Togetherness, whether from the living couch to cooking together in the kitchen, to clipping coupons together and then shopping together.
If both of you can manage to be together after all of this, I think you are going to be just fine!
