This Winter, you are invited to escape to Ballara Art & Lifestyle Retreat for an exclusive one day workshop with passionate Gardening Australia presenter Sophie Thomson.This very special experience will take place on Sunday 17th July from 10am to 3pm and will centre on how to create an organic and sustainable garden, wherever you live! The title of the workshop 'From The Ground Up' refers to Sophie's popular 2010 book of the same name. The comprehensive guide was specifically developed for all South Australian gardeners from novices to experts and in this workshop Sophie aims to help you select the best plants for your garden and how to best combat pests and diseases, so you can have a beautiful garden year round.As part of this workshop experience, a sumptuous morning tea and lunch will be served, accompanied with a glass of wine provided by Yorkes Uncorked.All are welcome to participate in this workshop, regardless if you are a novice or experienced gardener.Places are limited and early bookings are advised.
