In keeping with 35 years of tradition, the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal offers fans an array of activities allowing them to expand and deepen their musical experience. The McCord Museum will help music lovers explore history through songs through its exhibition entitled "Music – Quebec: From Charlebois to Arcade Fire". Through lyrics, costumes and performances, visitors can discover how song has been intimately linked with social movements in Quebec since the 1960s. Musicians have also become the standard-bearers for peoples' dreams and the driving force behind popular passions. Immerse yourself in the soundtrack of Quebec from Harmonium to Oscar Peterson, from Oliver Jones to Loco Locass, Patrick Watson and Leonard Cohen.
