Kings Park has some of the most delightful and fascinating local plants which will do well in our homes, and survive beautifully in native backgrounds. They are having their November Plant Sale on Sunday 10th November 2019 from 9:00 am to 12.00 noon - please note that the sale can end earlier if the plants are sold out earlier than midday.
The sale will be located at the Exhibition Ground, next to the Education Centre off Fraser Avenue (follow the signs on Fraser Avenue). Proceeds collected from the Friends Native Plant Sales support research and projects in Kings Park and Botanic Garden.
MORE ABOUT PLANTS There is a very comprehensive list of all plants available at this sale here.
NATIVE GARDENING ADVICE At the sale, the plants will be arrayed into specific categories. Friends of Kings Park and Kings Park Volunteer Master Gardeners will be there at the sale to assist the buyers to look for the particular plants.
AT THE SALE If you are a member of the Friends of Kings Park, you will receive a discount on plant sales. New members joining at the plant sale will also receive this discount. Find out more about becoming a Friend of Kings Park and members benefits.
Could you please bring boxes so that you can carry your plants as they will not have enough for everyone. ECO bags will be available to buy there. It is also urged that you use your EFTPOS or credit card transactions rather than paying in cash.
There will be a pick-up area which will be set aside near to the Exhibition Ground. Volunteers will be available to assist customers to transport their purchases to the pick-up area.

We look forward to seeing you at the sale and hope you will enjoy buying new plants to rejuvenate your garden.
Kings Park is known in Perth to have some of the best and most prolific wildflowers than you will find around Perth. Their huge area with wildlife is full of those delightful specimens which are often hidden amongst other things. There are also ones that are vibrantly showing in open ground, making this the wonderful one that it is, and we hope it always will be.
