The Friends' Garden Book Sale on Friday 23 June and Saturday 24 June 2017 from 10am to 3pm each day at the Mueller Hall, National Herbarium, Gate Lodge, Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne - 100 Birdwood Avenue, Melbourne is a free event.

Please note that the Friday 23 June event is for Members and RBGV staff ONLY! If you want to be first in, first choice, it's very easy to join to become a member on their website.

The event on Saturday 24 June is open to the public.

Their first ever garden book sale, pre-loved garden books will be going at prices to make a publisher weep. Now is the time to grow your gardening books library from a garden book sale that covers an extraordinary array of topics. Come early to get a bargain as they go fast with prices starting from 50 cents for magazines up to $20 for gloriously illustrated and reference books. There'll even be some 'out of print' priceless items that'll grow any gardener's knowledge. These once cherished but now needing to be re-homed books will only be available at these prices for two days.
