Starting Today Coaching will bring back the ever popular 'Friend or Frenemy?' seminar this coming March. These discussion group events are held in small group environments and offer an encouraging, frank and relaxed setting.
The Friend or Frenemy workshops look at methods for identifying friends, frenemies (those who appear friendly, but actively undermine you or are consistently negative) or bullies in your circle.

You might recognise the classic 'mean girl' in your friendship circle or at your workplace, in which case you'll know exactly what these seminars address. Even if you are aware of such personalities in your group of friends, the 'Friend or Frenemy?' seminar addresses was to identify destructive people, and how to ensure their poor attitude and undermining behaviour does not hold you back from doing what you really want to do.
Starting Today Coaching's Megan Luscombe regularly hosts workshops on relationships, sex, wellness and confidence. Megan is a relationship and life coach, proficiency in sociology, counselling, linguistics, body language and psychology, having studied the aforementioned at university level.
Megan's 'Friend or Frenemy?' sessions offer you practical solutions to situations you have with your typical 'frenimies'. Learn how negative folk in your life behave, and what you can do to overcome bad situations involving such people. Each session offers you a supportive forum to discuss your questions and concerns, which in turn gives you a better understanding about fostering supportive and encouraging friendships. You can also use the session as an opportunity to meet like minded new friends.
The next Starting Today Coaching 'Friend or Frenemy?' session will take place on March 7 from 7pm to 8:30pm at Lucky Penny in South Yarra. Drinks are available for purchase at the venue.
Register as soon as you can because these sessions are held in small group environments of about 30 people, and sell out quickly.
