Take a tour by bike
For a truly unique view of Fremantle, why not take a Freo Heritage Bicycle Tour. A series of fantastic guided bike tours around Fremantle will be running, during May 2014, which offer a unique and exciting way to see the port city.
Proudly brought to you by the City of Fremantle, as part of the Fremantle Heritage Festival 2014, and presented by Super Roo Tours, this fun event will give you the opportunity to see Fremantle as you've never seen it before.
A great way to spend the day in Fremantle, you can get up close to many historical sites and places of interest. The tour will take you to such significant places as the Fremantle Prison, South Beach, the Inner Harbour, the West End, the Fremantle Cappuccino Strip and much more.
Freo Heritage Bicycle Tours will be running on Friday 9th May, Saturday 10th May, Sunday 11th May, Wednesday 14th May, Friday 16th May, Saturday 17th May and Sunday 18th May, 2014. Tours start at 9.45am and finish at approximately 12.30pm. The meeting point, and departure point, for these tours is the Red CAT bus stop (no.3), next to the Fremantle Train Station.
Participants must bring enclosed footwear, sunscreen, a bottle of water and small change for a coffee break.
Tickets for the Freo Heritage Bicycle Tour are $55.00 per person, which includes bicycle and helmet hire, or $45.00 per person if you bring your own bike and helmet.
