can be found at shop 45, Hillarys Boat Harbour. When you spot a white A-Frame sign with a french bulldog logo, you know you have found the store.



This Bubble Tea shop has been operating for the past 18 months. The name was created when the owner saw his friend's French bulldog. The rest, as they would say, is history.

There is a range of beverages to choose from which include Milk Tea, Thai Style, Fresh Milk, Ice Coffee, Fresh Fruit Tea, Italian Soda and Frappe. All teas are brewed from the finest tea leaves found.



Apart from the diverse range of beverage options, one also has the choice of toppings, ice level and sugar level. As I am more of a conservative person, I decided to play it safe and order a Mango Fresh Fruit Tea. My beverage had no toppings, no sugar and I left the ice level up to the discretion of the tea specialist.

All the ingredients were blended using a cocktail shaker. The end result was a takeaway cup filled with my custom crafted tea and sealed with approval. This meant I could travel without worrying about spillage.



Tea prices range from $5.70 to $7.50. Toppings are an additional 70 cents. The selection of ice and sugar level is complimentary.

store is open from 10 am Thursday to Monday. They are closed Tuesday and Wednesday.



Overall, I had an exceptional experience. The interior was clean and well presented. The vibrant logo on the feature wall gave the store a fresh and entertaining ambience.

Arguably, the proof of the experience would also rest in the product. While one can argue that I opted for an 'ice tea', the ingredients were blended flawlessly together. The result was not too sweet and not too bitter. I would definitely be a returning customer.
