Taking aim at youth culture, Frenchy's latest stand-up comedy 'Frenchy Unleashed' will be live at the Arkaba Hotel, Fullarton from Friday 10 March - Saturday 11 March at 9:15pm.
As addictive as crack cocaine, Frenchy Unleashed is a night of dirty conversation with a humorous combination of stand-up, song and spontaneous audience interaction. A contradiction unto himself, Frenchy is a wicked mix of self-deprecating humour and self-confidence. Think sick jokes with moral undertones, allowing the audience to connect with Frenchy on a personal level while addressing important current social issues.
As a former high school teacher, unlikely role model Frenchy is a master of the stage who knows how to talk to his niche audience of high school (over 16 only) and uni students about all things social media, relationships and body image through to audience favourites - sex, drugs and all-night benders.
Opening the night is Frenchy's alter ego, 'The Ketamine Thug'. His druggie rap has loud bass and lispy one-liners ready to get you truly amped up for the night's main show. This is the best ice-breaker we've experienced at a stand-up.
The spacious venue has plenty of seating space for all. For those wanting a little more interaction with Frenchy, we recommend sitting in the front row, but be ready to give back whatever Frenchy dishes your way. We were lucky enough to have a hilarious audience on the night that had everyone almost crying with laughter with the quick quips shot back and forth.
You may know of Frenchy from
those Youtube videos or
his Facebook account , but you can see his true passion lies in stand up.
If your face isn't hurting from laughter by the end of this show, you're either too old or need another drink.
PS. Leave your parents at home.
